Also bumped up the RG amount on spawn to 5 (which was the default before, and added the clip count to the hud

Fixed some shoutcast overlay bugs and adjusted mainly player list in an attempt to make it look better and more readable. Thanks to @Aciz, Hatcher and WuTangH for ideas and guidance.
Changed allies floating hp color to match team theme (from green to blue).

Its better to just fail to start the server than allow the startup than the infostring containing invalid data 

The anim pointer was not set correctly when loading a demo. This is just a workaround so this should probably be fixed better at some point.
